Efret's work with Swiss Timing demonstrates the complexity of major European sports logistics.

For the 2026 athletics season, Efret was selected to transport specialist timing and event equipment between a programme of prestigious meetings across Europe and Morocco.

The schedule included events in Austria, Italy, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Monaco and the UK, as well as the Diamond League meeting in Rabat.

Equipment was collected from Swiss Timing facilities in Switzerland and Germany before being transported between venues according to tightly controlled schedules. Efret also coordinated customs requirements and arranged secure storage between selected events.

For the Rabat Diamond League meeting, two synchronised trucks travelled from Switzerland and Germany to Morocco carrying vital Swiss Timing equipment.

The operation required precise route planning, cross-border coordination and carefully managed customs clearance to ensure everything arrived in time for the competition.

It demonstrated a fundamental principle of time-critical sports logistics: when the start time is fixed, late delivery is not an option.
